R&S Basements is owned by Pam and Kevin Relyea. While Pam manages the home, Kevin manages the business. We are currently in our 11th year of operation. At R&S, we get to know our customers, their preferences for finish details, and most importantly how they plan to use their basement. This information is critical to the development of an optimal basement design. Our exceptional design experience and project management skills, combined with our sense of practicality and a passion for homeowner value, results in finished basements that meet or exceed our customer’s project objectives while working within a budget.
